Vishay basic SPICE models for NTC Thermistors included the following parameters: self-heating (i.e. power dissipation/dissipation factor), extended Steinhart and Hart coefficients which for Vishay components can be found in the existing My Vishay NTC Curve tool, and finally the embedded temperature variable. These models can be swept in order to generate resistance vs. temperature and voltage vs. temperature curves. What these models do not allow for is external temperature impulse simulations limiting simulations to only general global temperature change (temperature compensation circuits).
