RSB3 Push and Pull Miniature S-Beam Force Sensors

Loadstar's RSB3 button-style load cells with a male threaded stud are two inches in diameter but can be used to measure forces as high as 500 kg or 1100 lb. They have excellent accuracies and convenient threaded mounting holes or studs on both sides of the load cell. The male threaded stud can be used to create a leg for a scale using a self-leveling female foot. Four such pairs can be used to build a very accurate large area floor scale or a weigh-in motion check for a conveyor belt. Force sensors can be purchased standalone or in a kit to work with a PC, PLC, or data acquisition system. An optional in-line tension adapter (TX-RSB6) can be used to mount the sensor into the application.
The base output from these load cells is about 2 mV/V and an overall accuracy class of ±0.05% to ±0.25% of full scale. They are available in 50 kg, 100 kg, 200 kg, and 500 kg capacities.
