Force sensors can be purchased alone or as part of a kit to work with PC, PLC, or data acquisition systems. The RES2 push and pull miniature S-beam force sensors are less than an inch wide, less than an inch high, and only a quarter of an inch thick. They have threaded holes on each end for fastening rod-ends or eyebolts easily. The base output from these load cells is about 2 mV/V with an overall accuracy class of ±0.5% to ±1% of full scale. They are available in 5 kg, 10 kg, and 50 kg capacities.
