SF20/C 100 M microLiDAR® Distance Sensor

The LightWare SF20/C compact microLiDAR distance sensor provides accurate distance measurement capabilities up to 100 meters. Designed for UAVs and IoT applications, the SF20/C enables aboveground level (AGL) measurement, terrain following, position hold, detect and avoid, autonomous take-off and landing, safety, security, inventory management, and volumetric measurements.

The SF20/C delivers real-time distance readings with high accuracy. The sensor features an adjustable update rate of up to 5,000 readings per second, allowing for rapid data acquisition. It is equipped with industry-standard communication interfaces, including UART and I²C, ensuring seamless integration into various systems.

With an ultralight design of just 7.5 g (0.26 oz) and compact dimensions (30 mm x 20 mm x 32 mm), the SF20/C is optimized for weight-constrained applications. It is power efficient, consuming only 5.5 V in normal operation, and features a sleep mode to further reduce power consumption when not in use. The SF20/C offers a balance of size, weight, and accuracy for demanding applications.
