GCT’s BH and BK connectors high-current 3.96 mm and 5.08 mm board-to-board connector range
GCT’s BH and BK connectors meet the increasing demand for high powered board-to-board solutions. Available in SMT configuration and 2 to 12 contact variants, the high-current connectors are capable of 7.9 A per pin thanks to thicker pins at 1.14 mm² and larger pitch pin spacing that allows for effective heat dissipation.
BH and BK are ideal for applications where there is a requirement to take power from the supply and move between boards, such as power management equipment. This is possible with both wire-to-board and board-to-board products, although existing board-to-board solutions are typically through-hole mount type. The BH and BK offer users the option to move to an SMT solution and take advantage of PCB production efficiencies.
