ERNI’s MicroBridge connector series has been designed for the exacting standards of the modern automotive industry
ERNI Electronics' MicroBridge wire-to-board connector is built for the exacting demands of the modern automotive industry. This single-row, 1.27 mm pitch connector series delivers up to 9.0 A per contact at +20°C. With its robust and rugged design, this series has SMT and IDC termination styles, 2-pin to 20-pin count options, and all with dual latching and integrated strain relief. MicroBridge also offers an electrical Connector Position Assurance (CPA) option, providing connectivity assurance through the use of a shortened pin that has no signal or current transfer function. This miniaturized series has coding/color options and operates in temperature ranges from -40°C to +150°C. All these features benefit applications with extreme temperature, space constraint, and a rugged environment requirements.
