Diodes PI6CB332204, PI6CB332202, and PI6CB332002 PCIe 6.0 clock mux-buffers feature 2:4, 2:2, and 1:2 input/outputs, respectively, and a selectable on-chip termination of 85 Ω or 100 Ω output impedance. The series has very low 3 fs to 5 fs typical additive phase jitter and supports flexible start-up power sequencing, loss-of-input signal detection, power-down tolerant input pins, and automatic output clock parking upon loss of the input signal. Their individual channel OE input provides flexible power management. Output clock frequencies up to 400 MHz are supported. The PI6CB332204, PI6CB332202, and PI6CB332002 are available in various small-footprint 4 mm x 4 mm or 3 mm x 3 mm QFN packages.
