ProxSense® Multi-Channel Sensors

Azoteq’s multi-channel capacitive sensors offer a high degree of integration, market leading power consumption, sensitivity, and flexibility.  Advanced UI and signal processing is performed on-chip.  Low power options and on-chip gestures allow for sub 3 µA active standby modes and wake-up of the main system through interrupt line.  All products are offered with Azoteq’s ATI technology which effectively compensates for any parasitic capacitance in the design that allows designers much larger degrees of freedom in the industrial design and PCB layout.

Options exist for either GPIO (emulating a tactile switch) interface or I²C interface that allows for more flexibility.  The package options include DFN(3x3)-10, MSOP-10, and QFN(5x5)-32.
