AACS773 Series Hall Current Sensor ICs

The AACS773 series from APSEMI is an open-loop Hall current sensing chip that combines high accuracy, bandwidth, response, and linearity, and low temperature drift. It provides a 0 A to 200 A large current measurement range and operates effectively within a -40°C to +125°C temperature range. A key performance indicator is its typical sensitivity temperature drift of ±0.2%, offering a solution for the high accuracy and high performance current sensor area.
